Information concerning the processing of your personal data by NDLS Sp. z o.o. for marketing purposes:

2. Purpose and legal basis for the processing of your data

Marketing NDLS Sp. z o.o. In order to conduct marketing activities directed to entrepreneurs, we process your personal data based on the legitimate interest of NDLS Sp. z o.o. (legal basis: GDPR, Article 6 section 1 let. f). Our legitimate interest involves using your personal data for the direct marketing of our products and services only in professional relations (the so-called Business-to-Business relations), if you have consented to receive communication by e-mail and telephone in order to receive marketing and commercial information coming from NDLS Sp. z o.o. or if you have given your consent to cookie files, indicated on our websites. Given the importance of your interests, rights and freedoms, we respect that and we will not unduly interfere with your privacy.

3. Profiling your preferences and interests

In order to carry out marketing activities, we profile your preferences and interests in order to best match NDLS Sp. z o.o. marketing communication to your needs, including matching a specific offer of products and services. We assess your preferences and interests on the basis of data collected in our systems supporting the proper implementation of services provided by us, such as the CRM system or order processing systems, as well as data collected automatically (registered and stored) by means of files. The result of our profiling is that we marketing messages concerning products and services of NDLS Sp. z o.o. available to you by e-mail, telephone or on our website, and that our marketing messages are individualised. Our messages may also be displayed to you on websites of third parties that provide us with advertising services, such as websites of the Google AdWords advertising network. The effect of the use of profiling will not be to deny access to the services we provide. In exceptional cases, however, profiling may lead to a diversity of offers aimed at different persons in similar situations. Profiling is based on our legitimate interest (legal basis: GDPR, Article 6 section 1 let. f) which involves marketing communication that is attractive to you and tailored to your needs and interests. Having considered our interest and your interests, rights and freedoms, we have decided that we will not unduly interfere with your privacy and that our actions will not have any significant impact on you, including legal consequences, but will only enhance the attractiveness of our offer. Our actions concern only professional relations. We do not collect information that lets us gain insight into your private life. On the contrary, we only collect information on your professional activity, to a very limited extent.

4. Recipients of your data

We transfer your personal data to the following categories of recipients: employees and associates of NDLS Sp. z o.o., hosting providers, suppliers of tools supporting customer service (such as CRM, Marketing Automation), suppliers of accounting systems, suppliers of online marketing systems, analytical service providers, service providers supporting marketing activities conducted by NDLS Sp. z o.o., Tableau system providers, as well as to public administration bodies (if required so by law, administrative decision or court ruling).

5. Duration of storage of your data

We store your data for marketing purposes until you resign from receiving marketing and commercial information from NDLS Sp. z o.o. (until withdrawal of your consent or until your objection). Your activity means any activity that may indicate your interest in NDLS Sp. z o.o. services or marketing actions, such as participation in a marketing action (conference, training, webinar, survey), opening an advertising mailing, entering the NDLS Sp. z o.o. website or using NDLS Sp. z o.o. services. Within 3 years from your last activity your personal data will not be actively processed but only stored.

6. Your rights

You have the right:
1) to resign from receiving marketing and commercial information, which means objection or withdrawal of your consent, as the case may be:
a) with respect to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing, including profiling by NDLS Sp. z o.o.
b) with respect of receiving marketing and commercial communication by telephone or e-mail. You may object or withdraw your consent by sending an e-mail to: kontakt@newdatalabs.com
2) to demand access to your personal data, rectification, deletion or restriction of processing and transfer of your personal data to another data controller. You may submit requests to the following e-mail address: kontakt@newdatalabs.com
3) to file a complaint with the General Inspector for Personal Data Protection (in the future – with the President of Personal Data Protection Office) regarding the processing of your personal data by NDLS Sp. z o.o.
